How to use in app or mobile web

Click Chat on your chosen advisor's profile

Verify your coin balance on the request page, then tap Start Chat Reading

Once your advisor accepts, your chat reading will begin

·No coins will be deducted if the chat session fails to connect
·The first minute after joining the chat room is free. After that, coins are deducted every 30 seconds at your advisor's rate
·No coins will be deducted if the session ends within the first minute
·If you close the chat window without ending the session, coins will continue to be deducted. Coins are non-refundable for any time the session remains open
·Your session ends automatically when your coins run out
·Hong Cafe is not responsible for any incomplete sessions caused by navigating away from the chat screen or missing notifications

·You can rejoin the chat room at any time before the session ends, even if you leave the chat or the app closes
·To rejoin, tap the Start Chat Reading banner at the top of the Hong Cafe main screen
·You can review your finished sessions at [My Menu -> Chat] for 7 days after reading
